Biography

Teaching Experience: I am teaching the Post Graduate students since January 2012 at Physics Department, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. I am taking the courses like Mathematical methods in Physics, Statistical Physics and Condensed Matter Physics (special). (3 year 9 month and continuing) Worked as Asst. Professor in Physics at APEX Institute of Technology and Management, Pahala, Bhubaneswar. I taught "Physics of Semiconductor Device" to the B.Tech students. (1 year) . Post doctoral Experience: Research Associate at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, (1st August 2009- April 2011) 1year 9 month.

Research Interest

Photo-induced inter-diffusion in amorphous multilayer thin films. Optical and Non-linear optical effects in Amorphous semiconductors. Coherent anti-stokes Raman spectroscopy. Low temperature study of amorphous materials. Photoluminescence decay mechanism and Photo conductivity. Nano structured amorphous materials.
