Dr. Ajay Bagh is currently working as a Associate professor in the Department of MBA, Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University , India. His research interests includes Competency Management, Management of Emotions in ITES Organizations,Attrition Management,Emotional Labour. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Ajay Bagh is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
