Vegepro Foods and Feeds Limited (VFFL) was incorporated on 30th April 1987. Originally set up by M/s Glaxo Laboratories India Ltd as a joint venture with Pradeshiya Industrial and Investment Corporation of Uttar Pradesh (PICUP) for producing different type of vegetable oils such as Soya, Mustard, Rice Bran Oils etc from seeds available near the locality or from other places. Presently, the plant has a facility to produce cattle feed stock with a capacity of 15,000 tonnes per annum. Listing in Bombay, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchanges
