Biography
A commerce graduate and a MBA in marketing, she has over 20 years of experience in customer service, business development and marketing, in companies such as Sterling holidays and Tata Motors. She has undergone training from ‘Life and Health product development’ course from Swiss Re, Zurich. She was an active participant for the CII Exim Bank award for Business Excellence; she has been awarded by the Chennai HR Forum as a ‘Winning Motivator’ and by Crest COM International Ltd as a ‘Bullet Proof Manager’ from Colorado, USA. Prior to taking-up her current position, she had all-India responsibility as Chief Operating Officer. She has a track-record in the TPA industry, and in-depth knowledge of Vidal Health Insurance TPA operations.
