Biography

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Das Mohapatra is currently working as a Assistant Professor  in the Department of Microbiology, Vidyasagar University, India. His research interests includes Microbial Biodiversity, Extraction of bioactive compounds from fermented masses, Purification and characterization of enzyme, Isolation and application of probiotic organisms, Scale up of different industrially important microbial enzymes like amylase, tannase, cellulase, keratinase and xylanase. He has authored research articles/books related to Microbial Biodiversity, Extraction of bioactive compounds from fermented masses, Purification and characterization of enzyme, Isolation and application of probiotic organisms, Scale up of different industrially important microbial enzymes like amylase, tannase, cellulase, keratinase and xylanase.
