Dr. Ranga Rao Ambati is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Vignan's University, India. His research interests includes Carotenoid Chemistry; Lipid Chemistry, Food Science and Biotechnology, Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals.
