Priyanka Gupta is currently working as a Assistant Professor  in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Vignan's University, India. Her research interests includes New Product Development, Optimization of Safety and Quality attributes of the food, Application of probiotics and prebiotics. she has authored of many research articles/books related to New Product Development, Optimization of Safety and Quality attributes of the food, Application of probiotics and prebiotics.
