R.Dakshayani is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Vignan's University, India. Her research interests includes Novel Non-Thermal techniques of food preservation, New Product Development, Food Processing Equipment Design, Processing of Traditional Foods.she has authored of many research articles/books related to Novel Non-Thermal techniques of food preservation, New Product Development, Food Processing Equipment Design, Processing of Traditional Foods.
