Biography

Mr. Rao is Vice President – HR at VIMTA since 2008. He is responsible for implementing best people practices in the company and ensuring a unified organizational culture and values system. He has 35+ years of experience in Pharma, CRO and other industries. He joined VIMTA as Associate Vice President – HR in 2008 and later elevated to the position of Vice President in January 2010. He leads all the HR functions in the organization as HR Generalist including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, regulatory, training and induction etc. Mr. P V Rao holds a Bachelors Degree in Science, Masters in Management, Post-Graduate Diploma in Training & Development.
