Biography
Dr. Arpita Sen is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of History , Visva-Bharati University , India. His research interests includes Irish Influence on the Indian National Movement, Contribution of Irish men and women in India, Christianity, Conversion and Tribal’s of the North-east with special reference to the Khasis of Meghalaya, The Bengali diasporas in North–east India and also problems of ethnicity in North-east India.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Arpita Sen is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Irish Influence on the Indian National Movement, Contribution of Irish men and women in India, Christianity, Conversion and Tribal’s of the North-east with special reference to the Khasis of Meghalaya, The Bengali diasporas in North–east India and also problems of ethnicity in North-east India..
