Dr. Hema Chandra is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Applied Physics, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology , India. Dr. Hema Chandra is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
