Worked on the projects of Acute Toxicity testing of Charak Pharma Private Ltd. in laboratory at Principal K. M. Kundnani College of Pharmacy. ï‚· Analytical methods: UV-spectrometry, Dissolution apparatus, HPTLC. ï‚· Pharmacology Instruments Handling: Analgesiometer, Rota-rod apparatus, Plethysmometer & Homogenizer etc. ï‚· Research basically focuses on activity guided extraction (antiinflammatory-(in vivo animal models and antioxidant activity), quantization of extracted plant by HPTLC, bioactivity and safety evaluation of extracted plant. ï‚· Research basically focuses on activity guided extraction, quantization of extracted plants by HPTLC, HPLC, LCMS and GCMS, immunomodulatory studies, arthritis and anticancer studies of extracted plants.
