Biography

 Is a commerce graduate from Bombay University and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1987. He is an independent senior consultant to leaders in the field of health care industries. He heads the strategic business planning and business restructuring advisory. Vinod Mehta has advised significant number of domestic and multinational corporate in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, merger and acquisitions etc. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.
