Biography
Divakar Kaza is a Post Graduate in Human Resources and Labour Relations from TISS, Mumbai. He has over 30 years of working experience with companies like LUPIN, Wipro, General Electric in India & the Asia Pacific Region. A meaningful part of his experience has been in starting up organizations and building high performance cultures, Change Management and Restructuring, integration of new businesses and building processes for management of HR on a global basis.
