Biography
Dr.Debasish Das was awarded the doctorte degree in general science and had a teaching experience of more than 20 years. He has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed scientific papers and presented works at many national and International conferences.
Research Interest
In broad- Endocrinology, Cell Biology and Immuno parasitology. Ultra-structural and functional biology of Adhesive/ Attachment organs of some mountain stream teleost fishes of Eastern Himalaya, Characterization of fish epidermal keratins and molecular biology of keratinization, Ultrastructural and functional biology of Adhesive Toe–Pads of some Rhacophorid tree frogs of Darjeeling Hills and sub-Himalayan areas, Characterization of antigens of some protozoan parasites of human interests, To develop an avian model to study the psoriasisis with special reference to mode of keratinization and immune response in skin epidermis of experimental avian model.
