Biography
Saubhik Das ranked First Class 2nd at M.Sc. examination in 1987 in Botany from University of Calcutta and qualified Qualified NET in December 1989 and GATE 1990. He had a teaching experience of nearly long 15 years after being appointed in W.B.E.S. on 3rd April 2002.
Research Interest
Plant Systematics, Taxonomy, plant biodiversity-exploration and utilization of under-utilized plants and crop wild relatives.
