Biography
Arpan Pradhan had completed his graduation and masters in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and began to pursue post doctorate. He is currently appointed as the assistant professor in Electrical Eng. Dept. of Jalpaiguri Govt. Eng. College. He is been a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) USA, Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) USA
