Biography
Dr. Bikash Chandra Mandal had completed doctorate degree from jadavpur university and previously he had done a post graduation degree of M. E. in Civil Eng. from University of Calcutta. He is an all time member of Indian Geotechnical Society and a member of the Insitute of the Enginners.
