Biography
Dr. Bishakha Chakraborty had done her doctorate from IIT Kharagpur and priviously done her post graduation in Civil Engineering Specialisation in Structural Engineering from B.E.S.U.S. presently known as IIEST Shibpur with the degree of M. E. She is an all time member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
