Dr. Dinabandhu Bhandari has a doctorate degree in technology from Jadavpur University, India. He has a teaching experience of 25 years. He is currently appointed as the assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering in Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata.
