Biography
Dr. Goutam Kumar Panda graduated with a degree in B. E. in Electrical Engineering from North Bengal University and then later on he completed his doctorate from North Bengal University. He is a life long member of the Insitution of Engineers(India). He is currently appointed as the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineeringin Jalpaiguri Govt. Eng. College.
