Dr. N.B. Basu has a doctorste degree in Enviornmental Engineering and had an experience of 35 years in Industry and 5 years in Academics. He is currently appointed as the head of the department of Civil Engineering in Hooghly Engineering and Technology College under West bengal University of Technology.
