Biography
Dr. Rajiv Joneja has completed his bachelors, masters and PhD in electrical engineering all from Jadavpur University Kolkata in 1997, 2001 and 2006 respectively with specializations in power system communications and instrumentation. He has worked at Philips India Limited both at their factories and head office in India developing automated test benches and for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the USA developing and testing air to ground communication systems for about 5 years before shifting to TIG. He is collaborating with Jadavpur University to set up a prototype green smart micro power grid integrating renewable and the advanced metering infrastructure(AMI). He is currently appointed as the assistant professor in the department of Electrical Engineering in Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology, Kolkata under West Bengal University of Technology.
