Biography
Dr. Shyamapada Shit had graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry from Vidyasagar University and then pursue his masters from IIT kharagpur. he get a doctorate degree from Jadavpur University. He is currently appointed as the Head of Department of Chemistry in Jalpaiguri Govt. Eng. College. He is the life long member of the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science and also for the Chemical Research Society of India.
Research Interest
Coordination chemistry, Molecular spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography of organic/ metal-organic compounds, Homogeneous catalysis, Molecular magnetism, Nanomaterials.
