Biography
Dr. Suman Koner had done his M.E and Ph. D. in civil Engineering from B.E.S.U.S. which present known as IIEST, Shibpur. He had also daone a post doctarate in Enviornmental Enginnering From Lehigh University, USA. He is currently appointed as assistant professor in Jalpaiguri Govt. Engineering College.
