Biography
Dr. Swapan Kumar Sarkar has a double post graduation in Science as well as in Engineering and later on he completed his doctorate degree in engineering. He is had an experience of 45 years in academics and currently appointed as the head of the department of Computaer Application in Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology, Kolkata under West Bengal University of Technology.
