Biography
Dr. Utpal Kumar Mandal had completed his doctorate in civil eng. from North Bengal University and prevoiusly completed M. Tech. from IIt kanpur. He is a founder member Von Karman Society for Advanced Study and Research in Mathematical and Social Sciences and also a life long member of ISTE.
