Biography
Dr. Gupta is involved in research in the area of conservation genetics and forensics since 2002. His research interests are evolutionary genetics and Conservation Genetics. His group is working on basic and applied research projects for the conservation of rare and endangered species, and wildlife forensics. He is also involved in teaching and training courses on the illegal wildlife trade in India, conservation and evolutionary genetics.
