Biography
Manoj Nagpaul is the Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan. He steers Wipro’s regional business operations with a focus on client relationships, strategic partnerships, business development, delivery operations and governance of various country subsidiaries. In his stint of over 20 years at Wipro, he has provided leadership to various roles in business development, architecture, program management, and country operations. In 2001, he launched the Australian operations, which has evolved into one of the key global country operations hubs with six development centers serving leading Australian companies. Prior to that, he led the formation of a strategic venture with British Telecom to launch their Forex Trading Systems in India. He also guided Wipro’s growth to become a leading networking solutions company in partnership with Cisco. Manoj represents Wipro in business and industry forums such as Nasscom Australia and Australia India Business Council. He is a graduate from Mumbai University and his passions include fitness and music.
