Biography

 Sreenath A V is currently Senior Vice President, India Business Unit. In his prior role, he has served as Global Head – Oracle and Emerging Applications Business. In this role, Sreenath created a highly profitable global business and significantly enhanced Wipro’s market positioning among industry analysts. He led the creation of differentiated value propositions across Industry segments, initiatives in the areas of Cloud Solutions, Hyper-automation and re-definition of service delivery models. He also led the strengthening strategic partnerships driving transformational changes for increasing operational efficiency, people collaboration and engagement. Prior to this role Sreenath led the Applications Business for India & Middle East where he led the creation of a scalable and profitable business in India, ASEAN, APAC & Middle East through strategic new initiatives and creation of new offerings. Sreenath has over 27+ years of industry experience and started his Wipro journey in 2002. Beginning with the role of practice head for the Manufacturing Vertical in the India, APAC & Middle East, Sreenath has led sales for the Business Solutions Division where he spearheaded several significant wins in the Applications business. Prior to joining Wipro, Sreenath was the Head of the Industrial Automation Practice at Kshema Technologies. Before Kshema, he was with ABB Ltd where he spent 11 yrs. Sreenath’s interests beyond office are social work and long journeys. He holds a BE in Electronics and Communication from UVCE and a PMP certification.
