Biography

Radhey earned a post-graduate diploma in human resources management from All India Management of Association (AIMA), New Delhi, and a post-graduate diploma in Print Journalism from YMCA, New Delhi. He has eight years of human resource management experience in different national and international humanitarian organizations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, organization development, capacity building, employee engagement, systems and policies, networking, employment law and legislation, and HR service delivery. Prior to joining FIND in January 2016, Radhey worked as Manager, Human Resources & Administration at Handicap International (HI) – India Programme, and regional projects, Asia. He also worked at Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) in New Delhi as Executive Assistant HR.
