 Analysis of FINEX (Financial Institutions, Professional Services firms) Global claims files (physical and/or electronic) to understand the claim and interpret/evaluate the information. This will be extended to all FINEX files from other territories in the future especially USA. B) Classify the claim in the main areas of information capture and populate the various data points in the database so that we can establish: i) what happened ii) the area of the insureds business that the claim arose from iii) who the insured was working for in relation to the claim iv) if not the client of the insured, who was claiming against the insured v) the root cause of the claim vi) how the claim was resolved and any coverage issues vii) estimated and actual costs, insured and uninsured C) Report writing that specifies summarizing the claim
