Biography
Dr. Bhaskar Bhowani has dual Masters: M.Com from the Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Management – Ranchi University, Ranchi and Master’s in Business Administration from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing. Thereafter he completed his Doctoral studies in the area of Banking and was awarded the Doctorate from the PG Dept. of Commerce Ranchi University, Ranchi in the month of July 2014. Dr. Bhaskar Bhowani has more than 12 years of experience in post-graduate & under-graduate teaching mostly in the core area of Finance. The courses he takes at XISS are Financial Management & Financial Planning, Financial Markets, Banking and Microfinance. His area of Interests include: Derivatives & Risk Management. Dr. Bhaskar has presented research papers in several national and international conferences and has quite a few publications to his credit in acclaimed journals.
