Biography
PGD PM&IR (XLRI), PhD (Utkal Univ.) Human Resource Management Dr. Pattnaik is Professor in Human Resource Management and currently Dean, Xavier School of HRM. She has been an academician, consultant and trainer for over three decades, in the areas of human resource management,behavioural skills, managerial excellence, personal growth and women in organizations. Her research interests lie in the fields of Diversity & Inclusion, Managing Change, and Human Resource Development.
