 • Somatic Embryogenesis • Micropropagation through meristem culture (Jatropha curcus, Commiphiora wightii, Vicia fava, Bambusa vulgaris, Raulfia Serpentina, Gymnema sylvestre) • Plant secondary metabolites (Commiphiora wightii) • Suspension culture (Commiphiora wightii, Gymnema sylvestre) and identification of secondary metabolite (Guggulsteron E & Z). • Molecular Techniques (Nucleic Acid Isolation both DNA and RNA, Electrophoresis, Polymerase Chain Reaction, Cloning, Southern Blotting, Western Blotting, Northern Blotting, Chromatography), HPLC. Specialties: Somatic embryogenesis of an endangered Medicinal plant Commiphora wightii Arnot.
