Shlomo Spokone Shalev

Biography

Mr. Shlomo Spokone Shalev has been the Chairman of the board of directors at G.F.C Green Fields Capital Ltd. since 1 September 2015 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since June 1, 2014 until 31 August 2015. Mr. Shalev served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Ampal-American Israel Corporation from May 21, 2002 to November 30, 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Shalev served as the Vice President of Ampal Industries (Israel) Ltd. from August 1997 up to April 2002. From 1994 to 1997, he served as Israel's Vice Counsel for Economic Affairs in San Francisco, California. He is employed at OphirTech Ltd. He held various senior managerial position in private and publicly traded companies.  Mr. Shalev holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University.
