Biography
Sandeep Kasaragod obtained his Master’s degree in Computer Application from Mangalore University, India. As a part of his master’s thesis, he worked on a project entitled “Iris recognition using Daughman’s algorithm”. He worked as a web developer in Blueline computers Pvt. Ltd. At YU-IOB CSBMM, he is involved in genomic and proteomic data analysis.
