Ph.D. with Thesis work titled “Mobile Agent Based Scalable and Responsive Architecture for Telecommunication Management System”.  Strong skills in Project Management, Software Architecture and languages (Unix, C, C++, Java, CORBA, XML), Network Management standards and protocols (TMN, TL-1, OSI, SNMP, Bellcore standards), Transport protocols and technologies (SONET, SDH, DWDM MSPP switches), Ethernet transport technologies (EOS, RPR), emerging technologies (GPON, Wimax, PWE3 solutions).  A highly motivated and energetic professional, dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs. Knowledgeable in project management tools, processes and techniques.  Exceptional focus, follow-through and co-ordination skills. Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules and known for working well with cross-functional team to achieve on-time project completion.  Experience in Management of projects in cross-functional organizations with technological and management challenges (aggressive schedules and attrition). Experience in managing diverse teams at multiple locations – North America, Japan, India and Ireland.
