Shay Aba

Biography

 Shay Aba is a Partner based in Tel Aviv and joined Apax Partners in 2008. He is a member of the Services team and has participated in a number of key deals including Go Global Travel, Max, Psagot Investment House, Schulz Catering, Ten10 and Zap Group. He has served as advisor and board member to a number of Apax portfolio companies including Tnuva Food Industries, Psagot Investment House and Schulz Catering. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Shay was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns in New York where he specialised in advising industrial companies on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Shay holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in economics from York University.
