Biography
Mr. Fazil has 18 years of capital markets experience with Canadian boutique investment dealers. His focus was IPO and secondary financings for oil & gas, oil & gas service companies and mining companies. Mr. Fazil raised over $300 million for IPOs and secondary financings during his career in the investment industry. He was instrumental in identifying and structuring transactions/issuers. Mr. Fazil travelled extensively overseas to source funding as well as companies looking to finance and establish a presence on the North American markets.
