Biography
Indrayudha Vardhana Koroh studied Accounting at Universitas Advent Indonesia and completed his degree in California State University.He is currently the Asia South HR Manager at Cabot Corporation after being the manager in SGS,Pfizer,Nestle and NEC Indonesia. He has more than 15 years of extensive experience in HR as specialist as well as generalist.He is involved in numerous high impact initiatives and takes lead in wide range of functions such as compensation and benefit, information system development, reorganization, recruitment and manpower planning, and other critical projects. He has hands-on experience in cross industries; telecommunication, consumer goods, pharmaceutical and certification body, in various working culture (Japanese, European, American); environment (factory/head office/sales office); and functions (recruitment, organizational development, C&B, industrial relation)
