Biography

  Bonifasius serves as President Director of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk since January 1, 2017. He holds Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, in 1989, Master of Economics in Accounting from Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Indonesia in 1998, and Doctorate in Accounting from Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Indonesia in 2009. He serves as head of Forestry Business of Golden Energy and Resources Ltd (“GEAR”), as controlling shareholder of the Company since April 2015. In addition, He also serves as the Board of Director and/or Board of Commissioners of several subsidiaries of GEAR, such as Anrof singapore Ltd, Shinning Spring Resources Ltd, Pacificwood Investment Ltd, PT Marga Buana Bumi Mulia, and PT Hutang Rindang Banua since 2012. Previously he served as the Chief Operating Officer of PT Baturona Adimulya (January 2010 – March 2012) and financial analyst and President Director of PT Daya Sakti Unggul Corporindo, a member of Bina Surya Group Corporation (1991 – 2009).
