Biography
Drs. Pande Putu Raka serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk since September September 6, 2007. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Airlangga in 1972 and earned his Master of Arts from Vanderbilt University, USA, in 1977. He has served in various positions at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, including Directorate General of International Monetary Affairs, Head of Division of Export Analysis, Agency for State Finance, Credit and Balance Payment Analysis, Head of Division of Regional Tax Analysis, Agency for State Finance, Credit and Balance Payment Analysis and Secretary of Capital Market Supervisory Agency. He has worked with the State Accountancy College, Perum Garam, PT Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, PT Pindo Deli Pulp And Paper Mills, PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry and PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk.
