Pete Aman

Biography

 Pete Aman brings leadership, experience and vision to the company. He is a highly experienced entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years experience in strategy, operations, finance and business development. He has built a solid track record in leading and transitioning early stage companies through product launch and commercialization. As the first member of the Insurgical leadership team, he led the raise of investment, recruited key management, began development of the IP portfolio and transitioned the company from start-up through product launch. His substantial international experience has been critical in developing a worldwide network of market development partners. Prior to Insurgical, he led the transformation of an emerging technology company from its initial founding into a world leader in memory test equipment. Earlier in his career he managed all aspects of finance and business planning for a technology venture focused on developing and deploying advanced semiconductor packaging technologies. He has his BS in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin
