Biography

Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2015. Currently he serves as a Commissioner of the Company based on the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 10, 2015. An Indonesian citizen, born in Purbalingga on March 6, 1957, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia.  Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. He has accumulated an extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals industry particularly in marketing and innovation. Joining PT Bintang Toedjoe in 1985, he proceeded to hold several key senior positions in Kalbe Group, such as the President Director of PT Dankos Laboratories Tbk, and Director of Kalbe International Pte. Ltd. prior to his resignation in 2011. Since May 2014, he has been appointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. He was active in the Association of Food and Beverage in 2015 - 2017. Currently, he also served as the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
