Biography
Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2014. She serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 14, 2014. Indonesian Citizen, born in Malang, East Java on JUne 12, 1953, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia. Achieved Master of Science in Community Health and Epidemiology from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, in 1991 and Pharmacist from Faculty of Mathematics and Science University of Indonesia in 1979. She had a long career in National Agency of Food and Drug Control (NA-DFC) in 2001-2013 with her last appointment as the Head of NA-DFC before her retirement. Until now, she is still actively involved in World Health Organization (WHO)’s activities, among others are as a member of the Expert Committee on Specification of Pharmaceutical Product (ECSPP) (2009-now) and Expert Advisory Panel on Drug Policies and Management (2005-2013). She also served as Vice Chairperson of Inter-Governmental Working Group on Counterfeit Medical Products representing South East Asia Regional Office (SEARO) from 2010 to 2012, and Vice-Chair/Chairperson of Developing Country Vaccine Regulator Network in 2004-2007/2007-2010, an actively involved in the National Research Board: Health and Medicine Committee, Indonesia as well as the Indonesian Clinical Trial Working Group. Currently she also serves as the Chairwoman of Audit Committee.
