Biography
Mr.BERNADUS KARMIN WINATA is the Independent Director of the Company since 2017. Currently he serves as an Independent Director of the Company based on the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 5, 2017. Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on July 2, 1964, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia. He graduated with a Degree in Economics Accountancy from Padjadjaran University on January 1988 in Bandung, and continued his education, being awarded a Master’s of the Business Administration Programme from GS Fame Institute of Business in Jakarta on 1995. Starting his career in 1988 – 1997 in the field of Internal audit, accounting and budgeting in several companies i.e: Gunung Sewu Group of companies, Mitracorp Pacific Nusantara and Artha Holdings.
