Biography
An Indonesian Citizen. 62 years old. Graduated from Universitas Terbuka, Jakarta. Joined the Company since 1993 as Chief of Marketing Representative Surabaya. In 2006 he was appointed as Director Not Affiliated of the Company. In 2015 he appointed as Senior Managing Director of the Company. Then in 2017 he appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company. The legal basis of his appointment as Independent Commissioner is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2017 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 15 dated April 20, 2017. He has no affiliations with the members of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors, nor with the Shareholders of the Company.
