Biography
A Japanese Citizen. 58 years old. Graduated from Kansai University. He started his career in Mandom Corporation, Japan since 1982. Then in 1984 he was assigned to Fukusaki Factory and in 1996 appointed as Manager in Central Research Laboratory. Afterwards, in 1999 he was re-assigned to Fukusaki Factory as Deputy General Manager. The legal basis of his appointment as Director is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2016 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 20 dated April 21, 2016. He has affiliation with the Company’s Controlling and Major Shareholder namely Mandom Corporation.
