Biography

A Japanese Citizen. 49 years old. Graduated from Hosei University. He started his career in Mandom Corporation, Japan since 1990. Then in 2007 he was appointed as General Manager in Mandom Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and lastly was appointed as Vice President Director before moving back to Japan in 2014. In 2016 he was posted to the Company as Vice President Director. Then in 2017 he appointed as Senior Managing Director. The legal basis of his appointment as Senior Managing Director is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2017 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 15 dated April 20, 2017. He has affiliation with the Company’s Controlling and Major Shareholder namely Mandom Corporation.
